571 Creations – Return & Exchange Policy

At 571 Creations, every item is crafted with care and made specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our embroidery and screen printing services, the following policy applies:

Custom Orders

All custom-decorated apparel and products are final sale.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Changes in preference after ordering
• Minor variations in color, placement, or material

Design Approval

Prior to production, customers are provided with a mockup (when applicable) for approval.

By approving your design, you confirm:

• Spelling, logos, and artwork are correct
• Garment style, size, and color selections are accurate
• Design placement meets your expectations

Once approval is given and production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and take pride in every piece we produce.

If an error occurs on our part, such as:

• Incorrect item, size, or design produced
• Defective embroidery or screen printing

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Upon review, 571 Creations will:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, or
• Offer a refund or store credit, where appropriate

Sizing & Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information prior to ordering.

We recommend:

• Referring to provided size charts
• Ordering samples for team or bulk orders when needed

571 Creations is not responsible for sizing or fit discrepancies.

Non-Custom Items (if applicable)

Non-decorated items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to entering production. Once production has begun, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Turnaround & Delivery
All production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size and seasonal demand. 571 Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once orders have been dispatched.
